When I was at school and one of the fuller figured pupils got the cane, the teacher would usually say they would whack them a bit harder so that they properly felt it. Having now caned a whole variety of bottoms over a period of many years, I am a firm believer that those with plumper bottoms are generally less resilient to the cane than those with more slender bottoms. An 'expert' once told me that this is down to the thicker the layer of fat, the more painful it is when compressed by the cane. Shame the lady in this video didn't go the full distance.
